Dow tumbles 200

The Dow Jones industrial average tumbled 200 points to about 9,890 Thursday, putting the world's most widely watched stock market gauge back to where it was in early 1999.
A version of Microsoft XP which, it is claimed, uses the non-activated version that Dell is said to be installing on its machines, is now out on the world wild web. According to an email received by the INQUIRER, the Dell version which allows XP to install without either key or activation, the operating system became available on IRC yesterday. And, the same source claimed, by last night an internal build was available on the Internet requiring no CD key, no activation, and no need to contact Microsoft at all.
